Project Manager, Marketing Research

Temporary position for maternity leave replacement with possibility of permanent hire at the end of the mandate.

CROP is looking for a project manager to join the team. The project manager is responsible for conducting and overseeing all stages of a research project. He or she manages the relationship with research partners when they are involved in a project (web panels, recruiters, etc.).

The project manager is also tasked with helping create data tables, drafting reports, validating results and controlling the quality of the analysis reports before they are sent to clients.

The manager is also required to coordinate the work of a team of four project coordinators, ensuring at all times respect of project timelines.

Task description:

•  Coordinate the specific projects he or she is entrusted with
• Manage the contribution of a diverse set of partners and suppliers
• Follow up on client requests
• Assure quality control of research data
• Prepare quantitative or qualitative reports
• Analyze data and discuss findings and recommendations with the Vice President
• Help draft proposal of services
• Supervise and coordinate the work of 4 project coordinators
• Ensure respect of timelines

Requirements

•  Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing research/consulting
• Bilingualism (English-French) required, written and spoken
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel a must
• Mastering of big data software considered an asset
• Creative, ingenious and available, with a strong interest in research

Project Coordinator, Marketing Research

CROP is looking for a project coordinator to join the team. The coordinator will be responsible for conducting, coordinating and overseeing all stages of a research project.

The project coordinator is also tasked with helping create data tables, drafting reports and assuring quality control of results.

• Participate in quality control processes
• Prepare quantitative or qualitative reports
• Share and present findings with immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing research
• Bachelor's degree in marketing
• Bilingualism (English-French) required, written and spoken
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Creative, ingenious and available, with a strong interest in research
