As the architect of the 3SC (Panorama), Canada's longest running consumer and citizen values study, he is recognized as a leading authority on consumer psychology and its strategic implications for organizations and brands.

Stephane is also a long-standing member of our team and has developed a particular expertise in the retail sector. His main accounts include Bombardier, Permacon, Rona and Vidéotron, for whom he conducts Equity studies, tracking studies, market studies and concept testing.

Stephane is our product champion for Fidelus, CROP's Loyalty Optimization program. If you want to consolidate loyalty around your idea, Stephane is your man.

Celine has operated in the fascinating world of sociocultural analysis since she first joined CROP in 1997. Understanding consumers' values and deep-rooted motivations as well as the fundamental role that these dimensions play in their consumption decisions is a passion for her.

Through her many years in research, Celine has increasingly handled projects for clients from the worlds of media and the food industry, which provided her with a rock solid and multi-faceted expertise in these areas. Whether your research project is quantitative or qualitative, Celine will always strive to provide you with the maximum insight from research results to fuel your strategic reflections.

Daniel's many years of experience in marketing research were further strengthened by his expertise in the field of communications as a sponsorship consultant. He's our tourism and festival industry specialist and one of the company's greatest assets when it comes to studies of provenance, traffic as well as the economic and sponsorship impacts of some of Quebec's greatest cultural events.

Daniel also specializes in ad campaign evaluations (pre-and post-testing) and is our in-house expert of JAM, CROP's proprietary exploration and ideation tool.
