1. Project Director, Marketing Research

  • Your role: Professional management of multiple market research projects (customer experience, brand image, product testing, customer segmentation, opinion polls etc.) for a variety of clients from extremely diverse industries
  • This is your opportunity to prove your organizational skills and put into practice all the market research expertise you have acquired as you will be required to conduct a variety of projects with great efficiency and in conformity with the highest industry standards
  • You will also get the opportunity to develop your customer-relationship and consulting skills as part of the quantitative AND qualitative research projects you will be working on

 

Task description:

  • Plan and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the specific projects you are entrusted with
  • Follow-up with clients, partners and suppliers
  • Build sampling and weighting plans
  • Draft quantitative questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Moderate focus groups and in-depth one-on-one interviews
  • Supervise the work and provide coaching to the project coordinators who will assist you
  • Produce efficient and insightful quantitative and qualitative research reports and presentations
  • Assure quality control of research data and of all documents issued to clients
  • Analyze data and discuss findings and recommendations to the client with the vice presidents
  • Give presentations of results to the clients
  • Follow up on various client requests
  • Help draft proposal of services
  • Ensure respect of project budgets and timelines

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing research (quant & qual.), in an equivalent position, supplier side
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Market Research (or related field)
  • Bilingualism (English-French) required, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the main Office Suite programs (namely PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Meticulous, creative, ingenious, organized and available, with a strong interest in research and a solid sense of marketing strategy

 


 

2. Project Coordinator, Marketing Research

  • Your role: assist will all stages of a variety of market research projects for clients from extremely diverse industries (from project launch and data analysis to the production of efficient and insightful reports)
  • This is your opportunity to develop your organizational skills and project management expertise via day-to-day coordination with in-house support teams and external suppliers
  • Also the opportunity to hone your analytical skills, learn more about research methodologies, and develop greater strategic thinking
  • You'll be coached by market research experts who have decades of consulting experience

 

Task description:

  • Coordinate the various phases of the specific projects you are entrusted with
  • Contribute to the development and formulation of survey questions, and program questionnaires on our automated interview software
  • Manage the input of a diverse set of partners and suppliers as well as various in-house support services
  • Plan and put in statistical data requests to our IT department
  • Conduct data quality control
  • Produce quantitative and qualitative research reports (PowerPoint) under the guidance of a project manager or vice president
  • Share and present findings with immediate supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in marketing research
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (marketing, market research, marketing analytics, business administration, sociology, etc.)
  • Bilingualism (English-French) required, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the main Office Suite programs (namely PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Meticulous, creative, ingenious, organized and available, with strong interest and capabilities in market research
